Just added a new illustration to my website, as seen up above. It was created as a sample illustration for a potential project that, unfortunately, has been shelved by the publisher. Ah well! It gave me an excuse to draw some historical military guys with awesome facial hair, a subject that I often find myself exploring in sketchbooks purely for fun.
Work on my own book continues at a steady pace. And I’m still hunting for a home for a potential Super Obvious Secrets That I Wish They’d Teach In Art School book project! I’ve sent out a few proposals to potential publishers and plan to send out a few more this week.
The world famous San Diego Comic-con is this week! Hopefully I’ll see some of you there as I wander around.
