Hey there!

How are you? I’ve been keeping myself pretty busy! Shortly after SPX I spent a few days trying out for a story-boarding job. I’d never really story-boarded anything before, but I had a lot of fun with it. Up above you can see a terrible phone picture of some of my board pages spread out on my living room floor.

I’ve been doing a lot of writing and thumb-nailing the last couple weeks too. I’ve got some new comics in the pipes. I’ll try to post sneak peeks once I get into the drawing, but I make no promises. My own computer is still busted (I’m currently mooching my roommate’s computer).

But! The real reason for this update is to let you know that I’ll be exhibiting at the Salt City Urban Art & Craft Market this Saturday (the 24th) here in Syracuse. If you’re in the area, definitely check it out! I’ve spent a few hours each day this week hunched over a screen in a basement, printing up new shirts to sell. I’ll have all my mini comics and prints with me as well.

And! Next weekend I’ll be up in Toronto for Canzine. Canzine is just on Sunday the 1st, but I’ll be in town for a few days hanging out with my dear pals Vicki and Britt. Maybe I will bump into you as well, other Canadians? I’m super pumped!

Here’s a crappy phone picture of a giant piranha I painted on the floor of a stage! It’s a little freelance job I did recently for a play that some friends are working on.

Time for bed! I’m in the middle of a super busy week and I am pooped.
